picNgo is an event photo sharing platform that allows photographers and event organizers to upload, manage, and share photos with event guests through secure QR code downloads.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
